Late 2017, Randstad showed us their latest innovation for employment : Randstad Direct, a recruitment website dedicated to small businesses. The same small businesses who struggle to find profiles suited to their needs, due to a lack of time, internal resources and partners able to care about the specificities and the urgency of their requests.
We decided to make a campaign to answered the feelings of small businesses bosses and their abandonment issue. They will never feel unconsidered by the big human resources actors anymore.
